Quiet studio for two, wheelchair accessible, near golf and beaches

Studio for two people, ideally located in the town of Les Avirons in a quiet neighborhood below the owners' house. We will be happy to welcome you to the studio, located a 20-minute drive from the Bourbon golf course, the Etang Salé forest, the Bassin Pirogue beach, or Saint Leu. A small shop is a 3-minute walk away where you can stock up on supplies. You can use our electric bikes for a short seaside ride or a climb to the Tévelave. The studio is rented for two people. A washing machine is available. There is the option of charging an electric car (€5). We practice geocaching and will be happy to introduce you if you are interested. The studio is on the ground floor; there is just a 3 cm step to access the terrace, making it accessible to people with reduced mobility.
For late arrivals, we have a key box.
