There are 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed, the other with bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes ceramic hobs, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, as well as raclette and fondue sets. The apartment also features a TV, washing machine, and elevator. A 5G internet box will be installed so you can enjoy WiFi. The WiFi code will be sent directly to each guest before arrival.



Relax on your private west-facing balcony with open views of La Masse and the Belleville Valley. The residence is in the Preyerand district, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes.



Private parking is available. You’ll have easy access to public transport with a free shuttle stop just 30 meters away. A free cable car connects directly to the resort center from 8 am to 11 pm.



Pets and smoking are not allowed, and parties are prohibited. An individual ski locker is available on the ground floor. A baby bed, high chair, and all-terrain stroller are provided free of charge.



Please empty the bins, unload and empty the dishwasher, do not leave open food, keep the bathroom and toilets clean, and respect recycling guidelines.



Bed linen is provided free of charge. Towels are available for an additional fee.
