    Total area of 160 m², fully renovated and equipped to accommodate 12 people (up to 14).
    Spanning three levels, its 5 separate bedrooms, east-west-facing living room with a balcony, and large family dining room are sure to charm you. A private sauna completes the property.
    Located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village, this property is a 3-minute drive from the slopes and shops of Saint Martin de Belleville. The highly acclaimed 3-Michelin-star restaurant “La Bouitte” is just a few minutes’ walk from this house, one of the oldest buildings in the authentic village of Saint Marcel.

    First floor:
    Upon entering, a room dedicated to skis, boots, and sports equipment; laundry room with washer and dryer
    Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200cm)
    Separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
    Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200 cm), private bathroom (tub, sink, toilet)

    On the 1st floor:
    Large living area featuring a living room with an east-facing balcony (view of the village), electric fireplace, and TV; a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen: 4 induction burners, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette machine
    Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200cm), private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
    Separate toilet

    On the 2nd floor (under the sloped ceiling):
    Bedroom 4: two single beds (80x200 cm, can be pushed together to form a double bed), private bathroom
    Bedroom 5: 2 sets of bunk beds (80x200 cm; not suitable for children under 6), adjoining a lounge area (TV, sofa) that can accommodate 2 additional guests
    Separate bathroom (two sinks and a shower)
    Separate toilet

    In the basement:
    Sauna and relaxation area under an authentic vaulted ceiling

    Amenities included in winter and for stays longer than a short stay: bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels (provided in the house).
