"Un toit pour vous" is a furnished and fully equipped home for 12 to 14 guests, ideally located in the center of Les Epesses, just 4 minutes from Puy du Fou.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 45 m² living area with a sofa, TV, large dining table for 12, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, stovetop, hood, refrigerator with 6 compartments, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is also a WC on this level.



The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and wardrobes, plus a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer is also on this floor.



On the second and top floor, two bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190) and wardrobe, and another bedroom has a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190), and wardrobe. A bathroom with WC is also available here.



In the basement, a 25 m² relaxation/games room is equipped with a multi-game table for children (foosball, billiards). You will also find a second refrigerator and a washing machine.



The house is on the main square of Les Epesses, close to the bakery, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, delicatessen/caterer, pharmacy, and doctor. A bank is less than 50 m away and a supermarket is 500 m away.



For activities and leisure: the municipal swimming pool and leisure center are 3 minutes away, the Poupet Valley and its July festival, canoeing, electric scooters, and the Vendée coast at 50 minutes.



You are also 8 minutes from Les Herbiers, with a year-round aquatic center and a cinema (5 screens).
