”(Hostel in Portbou) A basic hostel. 3/5. The room was quite tidy. There were hairs in the shared wc+shower, otherwise quite tidy. The beds were ok (springmadrass), the beddings were quite sheer and had quite strong smell (due to washing powder?). The walls let through all noises from outside and other rooms. The room&house had a stale smell. The receptionists spoke rather good english. The breakfast included 2 toasts, croissant and warm drink.”

”hébergement parfait , bien placé, propre, petit déjeuner parfait, beaucoup de choix”

”We liked the location, the accommodations and the garage parking.”

”Disappointing — AC did not cool the room We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room remained 24–26°C overnight despite the AC being set to 19°C and running continuously. The outside temperature was approximately 22°C. My family and I were unable to sleep and were awake until approximately 3 a.m. I have asthma, so reliable AC was an important reason I selected this hotel.

Danke”

”Very nice location in the Centre of the Town. ”

”the rooms are mostly without a/c.. Big minus.”

”Not new anymore but cost effective. Paper walls but enough signs to remind people to be quiet. Stayed for nights and there was no issues or disturbances. Looking for just a place to sleep this is bang for buck. ”

”This is not a five star hotel by any means. Normally one person runs on the entire property as reception, as bellman, parking and luggage logistics is an issue. Don’t recommend.”
