From the moment you arrive, you’ll enjoy a spacious and bright living room, perfect for sharing quality time together, equipped with a flat-screen TV. The fully fitted and functional kitchen (3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment) opens onto a pleasant covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals in harmony with the surrounding nature.

The house offers four comfortable bedrooms, all with wardrobes or hanging space, allowing everyone to enjoy their own private area. One bedroom features a 160 cm bed and a second bedroom has two 90 cm beds; they share a shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Two additional bedrooms—one with two 90 cm beds and the other with a 140 cm bed—share a second en-suite shower room with toilet.

A utility room with washing machine is also available for a simple and comfortable stay.

Outside, let yourself unwind in the calm of the tree-filled park and enjoy long summer evenings under the covered terrace. Garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to relax, while children can play safely in this peaceful and natural setting.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
