First floor: an entrance converted into a ski room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 dormitory with 3 beds (including one on the mezzanine) 90x200 with plenty of storage, 1 bedroom double bed 160x200 with dressing room, 1 double sink shower room, separate toilet, and a room dedicated to well-being (with large bay window 3 leaves for large opening to the outside and Terrace) including: Jacuzzi, Shower, Sauna and a Gym!

1st floor: Large open and fully equipped kitchen (including 2 combined refrigerators, dishwasher, 3 coffee makers: Nespresso, Classic with filter and Tassimo, 2 Raclette Machines, 2 Fondue Machines, Wine Cellar... )

With central island, Large Dining Table for 12 people, a relaxing-reading area next to the fireplace, a TV lounge area, 1 master suite with 160x200 bed with shower and dressing room, large terrace of 30m2 (with Barbecue, deckchairs, dining tables,)Independent toilet.

2nd floor: 2 master suites with dressing room, one with an extra bed 90x200 including for one a shower and for the other a bathtub with a sky view via a velux, separate toilet, and sublime view.

All mattresses are memory foam!

Regular free shuttle bus below to go to 1650m or 1800m.

Near the chalet, you can go horse or pony riding, hiking, access to free tennis courts and access a beautiful and large municipal swimming pool with panoramic views of the valley and Lake Embrun.

The resort of Les Orres is large, lively in summer and winter, sunny, and full of nice shops.

There is also an ice rink, a cinema...
There are many activities: quad biking, trail running, 4x4 model courses, zip line, mountain biking, paragliding, jungle adventure, Aquagym, archery, merry-go-round, inflatable games, hiking and horseback riding....

As you go back down the Col des Orres, you can immediately put on your swimsuit and enjoy Lake D'Embrun as well as its many aquatic activities (sailing, Aqua park, rowing club, kayaking, rafting, aerial trips aboard a microlight, seaplane, paddle, pedal boat, boat rental with or without license...)
The city of Embrun is also very well known for the Embrunman (very long distance triathlon)...
