Accommodation adjoining on one side with our home and on the other with another gîte. The accommodation and the garden are entirely private when you book. Only the parking lot and the petanque court are shared. parking under video surveillance

The accommodation consists on the first floor of a living room open to a fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, crockery). Direct access to a private garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, 5-seater spa.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets, two bathrooms, one with sauna and a laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, steam generator)
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160 + sofa bed 1 place
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160 + baby bed
Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds 1 place + sofa bed 1 place
Bedroom 5: 1 double bed 160 (possibility of adding an extra bed)

Fully equipped accommodation for the little ones: changing table, potty, deckchair, high chair, children's cutlery...

The stay DOES NOT include meals and consumables (toilet paper, charcoal, shower gel, coffee, etc...)
PETS AND PARTIES NOT ALLOWED

CLEANING FEES correspond to the provision of bed linen, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay. However, it is your responsibility to return an accommodation CLEAN AND TIDY.

Late check-out possible on request, €50 plus fee

Access: Entrance is through the second gate on the right. If it is closed, use the code provided at the time of booking

If I am away, the keys will be on the door marked "Gîte du Fresne, Mont Saint Michel" (central bay window).

You can park directly in the courtyard.
Motorhome prohibited, unless requested in advance, extra fees if it exceeds the number of people in the booking
