The property will be ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Supplies are provided for your convenience: coffee and tea pods, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent.

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:

• A comfortable master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and its own private bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, and mirror.
• A convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.
• A separate restroom.

On the first floor:
• A cozy second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), perfect for resting after a day of exploring.
• A comfortable third bedroom, also equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
• A fourth bedroom designed for children, with two bunk beds and games available to give them their own little space.
• A functional bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Outside, enjoy 100 m² of fully fenced-in space, designed to let you make the most of sunny days. At the front of the house, the garden features a pleasant covered summer terrace, furnished with a large table that seats up to 10 people—ideal for sharing meals and drinks al fresco. Deck chairs and Acapulco chairs invite you to settle in comfortably and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

At the back of the house, a patio rounds out the outdoor space and offers additional room to enjoy the fresh air.

To make your stay more convenient, you can park up to 2 vehicles in front of the house.

Marchais Beach is a 15-minute walk away, while sports enthusiasts will find a tennis and padel club just 12 minutes away. The Moc Marshes, the Maison du Fier, and the Phare des Baleines are all easily reached by bike in just a few minutes, promising wonderful natural discoveries.
