The ground-floor living space is designed to efficiently accommodate a group of four, featuring an entrance area with two bunk beds and a main area equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed. A private terrace or balcony with garden furniture extends the home outdoors, creating a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh sea air. The kitchen is fully prepared for easy meal prep with a dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic hobs, while a flat-screen television is provided for your entertainment.

Guests can take advantage of the excellent shared facilities on-site, including two heated outdoor swimming pools available from April through September. For leisure and social time, the property offers a boules court, ping-pong, and a dedicated playground for children. With one parking space provided per unit and a secure environment, this home serves as a practical and relaxing base for enjoying the diverse activities and natural beauty of the region.
