Apartment of approximately 43 m², located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a recent, secure, and eco-friendly residence.



It consists of:

A living room dining area with an open kitchen, bright and friendly

sofa bed 140 cm (ideal for children or young adults)

The kitchen is equipped with: a refrigerator freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, a combined microwave oven, cooking plates, a kettle, a toaster.

A bedroom area with a double bed 140 cm

A bathroom with toilet

A balcony, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a moment of relaxation

Parking: A private parking space in the basement, in the residence a real plus in Les Sables!

The apartment is entirely at your disposal for a stay in complete freedom and serenity.

Practical Information

Arrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)

Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
