Make the most of Les Sables d'Olonne thanks to this apartment ideally located in the heart of the Arago district, a place adored by the Sablais, with a beach 200 meters away, all shops within walking distance (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, café...), the city center nearby (on foot, by bike or by bus).
The plus, a balcony from which you will have a beautiful view of the shepherd gardens to have breakfast and in the evening enjoy a sunset for an aperitif! ☀️🏖️ .
High-end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, very classy bathroom, a real comfortable bed of 140 (Murphy bed with top-of-the-range bedding) and 2-seater sofa in the living room.
You will appreciate its brightness, its balcony with a view of the gardens as well as the good energy it gives off. My accommodations are perfect for couples (possibility to put a travel cot).

The accommodation
We are on the 1st floor, with elevator and secure entrance. A caretaker is on site.
The studio is 25m², it is very well optimized by using all the spaces to have a nice feeling of superior grandeur.
It consists of an entrance with a large cupboard, a living room equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with bed of 140, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Kitchen equipment:
Refrigerator, oven, microwave, small dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kitchen utensils...
At your disposal, some basic products (coffee, tea, sugar, salt filters... household products... ).
The bathroom has a beautiful shower, a vanity unit and a heated towel rail.

Sheets and towels are optional if you wish ( Towels 10€ per person / 15€ Bed linen)

The town of Les Sables-d'Olonne is a popular seaside destination in summer. The coast, the beaches and the natural curiosities (Puy d'Enfer) make it a pleasant place to spend a holiday.
You can come and practice all kinds of water activities (surfing, kitesurfing, towed buoys, etc.), discover the salt marshes on foot or by bike, make family visits to the zoo or museums or spend a relaxing day at the spa.
Visits to the fishing port, the old town and Penotte Island are a must.
