”The house needs a deep cleaning. It looked like it hadnt been stayed in for awhile. It stinks too.Really need to get rid of the smell when you enter. Overall its condition was disappointing.”

”My young kids called this their favorite stop along our trip through Arkansas and I’d have to agree. Very cozy and well equipped plus the surrounding area is gorgeous to me. If you use Google Maps to find this one the gps might give you two locations for the same address, one takes you some distance down to a gated private road and that is NOT the right way (hopefully google addresses that soon). ”

”Oh my gosh!! I can't say enough about this place!! We walked in to the house & was so stinking cute! It was modern, updated, clean, & homey. There is so much space & we loved the open floor plan, the beds & pillows were so comfy & I loved that the rooms had fans to combat the heat & humidity. ...Checking in was so easy, & there were even little welcoming treats along w/ a detailed booklet of things to do in the area, restaurant menus, check in-out instructions, & pool rules etc. The neighborhood...

”Great location with everything you need”

”This Verbo was perfect for our family. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves while waiting for the wedding we were attending. We all wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the lake and fire bit more. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out for some alone time or to hang out together on the screened in porch. The property was very clean and the host are very accommodating.”

”We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room considering it was just us and our dogs. The temp was good and we used the wood stove for effect. It was a little unsettling at first having a big empty lodge over us but we were ok with the space provided and it was comfortable. Please upgrade the coffee pot to make mornings better. ”
