”I really loved my stay here at Denver Echo Executive, it might be a bit far away from town, but the guesthouse can arrange taxis for guest. I stayed here for 1 week and if I were travelling for leisure I would totally come back here. Loved it. Staff is really nice and helpful. ”

She doesn't drive and they helped to pick her up at the airport and drop off..i wanted to surprise her with a spa and they referred me to a wonderful Juju Beauty spa who did an excellent job too....thank you so much to the staff for good communication and very helpful ”

”Admittedly, I was at first concerned when driving in from the main road. But upon arrival, all concerns were put aside. The staff was the most friendly and helpful that I have encountered in recent travels. Breakfast was absolutely great. One should also consider taking evening meal here as well. I would highly recommend making reservations while stay in Maseru.”

”Our stay at Lakeview Guest House was so nice it far exceeded our expectations. All our needs were catered for and we got all the things we needed for our comfortable stay in time and always with a smile from a staff obviously dedicated to high standards of customer service and satisfaction. I will definitely recommend your place to everyone.”

”I stayed for a night. The aircon works and is quiet, which is a big bonus for summer. Staff are friendly and obliging. Pricing is very affordable. However, numerous small repair issues point to a lack of care and pride. Fortunately i needed to get up early, as from 5.45am there are noises from music and staff that may disturb you. The bed is fine but pillows tired. Curtain are very thin so at night there is always outside light coming in.”

”DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY! The old lady that runs it is completely computer illiterate. She has no idea how to receive the money we guests pay to Expedia. She told me she has been hosting guests that come from Expedia for free for years because she doesn't know how it works, and has no idea how to delete her account or remove availability. If you do want to go ahead and book it, know that the facilities are VERY simple; the shower almost has no water coming out. Room is fairly dirty; there's...

”På bilderna och beskrivningen på Hotels.com får man uppfattningen att detta är ett hotell bestående av trevliga traditionella rondavlar. Så är det inte. De flesta rummen är belägna i slitna huslängor. Rummet vi fick var ett exempel på hur totalt nergånget allt kan bli där i stort sett inget fungerar. Heltäckningsmattan på golvet har nog varit vackert röd en gång i tiden. Nu var den skitigt brun. Det i texten utlovade kylskåpet fanns inte och någon wifi fungerade inte. Duschslangen var så trasig...

”The bathroom facilities were in a bad state of repair One window did not have hinges to lock it in place and as it a windy night, the window was banging against the frame make a noise throughout the night. The door did not close properly because the door was not properly aligned to the frame. You had to bang it to get it shut. The side table was also used to keep tea making facilities. No side lamps Only one brand of tea was available ”

”When we arrived the reception said she don't see our booking on their system we had to call the owner to intervene. We only managed to check-in at 3am the following day after we demanded our refund. You can imagine we had to attend the festival without taking a bath or shower because a selfish receptionist failed to do her job.”

We arrived late at night in Maseru, Lesotho, (a city that ranks top 10 highest homicide rates worldwide) and were denied a room despite having paid and a confirmed booking. Explanation was that Expedia (Hotels.Com) always pays late, so they don't accept guests through their anymore. Completely cornered in this situation we ended up paying triple in addition to our Hotels,com Payment. Appalling, save yourself the hassle of staying with these thieves! ”
