Located in Lesperon, in a fully enclosed one-hectare wooded park, this independent 22 m² holiday home is ideal for a couple or a small family seeking peace and nature. You are only 20 to 25 minutes from the Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes.



Complete comfort and amenities



The accommodation offers a bright living area with a double bed (140x190), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils), a bathroom with shower and sink, and a toilet. A baby bed and high chair are available on request and subject to availability.



A welcome kit is provided: bin bag, toilet paper roll, soap, sponge, and multipurpose dishwashing sachet (tea towel not included).



Private and shared outdoor spaces



You will enjoy a private terrace with armchair and charcoal barbecue. You also have access to a shared park with forest views, a swimming pool (open June to September, 9:30 am to 8:30 pm), table tennis, and a pétanque court.



A shared washing machine is available. Private parking on site, accommodation suitable for motorbikes. Free Wi-Fi. Non-smoking property. Pets allowed on request (available for an extra fee).



Practical information and optional services



Bed linen and towels can be rented (on request and subject to availability). End-of-stay cleaning service is optional. Electricity is charged separately during the heating season, after an allowance of 7 kWh/day (according to actual consumption).
