Both 20 m² rooms are air-conditioned, have smart TVs, and various amenities; one includes extra accessories. The 160 m² garden features fruit trees and a barbecue. On the ground floor, a 75 m² wellness area—covered and open year-round by reservation—offers a therapeutic massage spa, swim spa, and infrared sauna, all available for an extra fee, plus foosball, billiards, and a large-screen projector. Breakfast, dinner, and wellness area bookings must comply with house rules before reservation. Not suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility.

Each 20 m² room ensures comfort and privacy: the first is fully equipped, the second includes an additional 120 cm bed. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature smart TVs. Guests share a large common area with a big table, panoramic sofa, pool table, projector, and music corner.
