DO NOT STAY HERE!! The pictures you see on this site are not realistic at all!! Our room looked nothing like them.
Positives-the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was really good. The staff was pleasant enough to talk to.
The negatives-the room was run down with holes in the walls and a cracked mirror. There was no kleenex, no lightbub in the lamp, a coffee maker with no coffee fixings to make coffee. There was only one cup, which was a tin one. No drinking glasses at all. The tv remote's batteries were dead. I called the front desk to tell them about the batteries & no drinking glasses. She brought us glasses but no batteries. She said she'd get some batteries the next day. I told her she could just go into our room & replace them while we were gone. She didnt do that so we had to wait two days to get new ones which she gave us when I went into the office to ask about the wifi password.
We had to leave two days early because of a family emergency. While checking out, I asked about a refund. The lady told me that I had to ask Expedia for the refund which is not true. After we left, I phoned them to tell them that they needed to refund us because we paid them not Expedia.The guy said he'd look into it and call me back. He never did. I had to call him back a few times. With each phone call he'd tell me that he'd look into it and then hang up. Finally he said that he'd refund us for one night but we never did get it. ☹️
