”Everything was great except I'm allergic to certain dog hair and the cabins are pet friendly, so if you have allergies just bring your medicine...other than that it was a great weekend. Staff is super polite, bed was amazing, cabin was very clean and the on site restaurant was really good. Best burger I've ever had, if you want to eat there it's by reservation only.”

”I stayed here for the April 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. I felt like the cabin was just as described in the listing. The house is in a neighborhood with many nice homes. People are out walking their dogs, etc. The camper park behind the house is full of very nice campers that appear to me to be set up for folks that like to come in for the weekend and enjoy outdoor activities of Heber Springs. ”Stayed here for 2024 eclipse. Great location. Easy to find. Came from Florida an friends met us from New Mexico an Tennessee. Accomadations were excellent in everyway. Hosts Lottie an Boyd were great to meet an talk with. Went above an beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recomend this place an stay here again if we return to Arkansas.”

”This place is about 30 minutes away from Batesville which is perfect. It was quiet and clean and away from most humans which is also pretty perfect. I wish I had been able to see this place during the spring, summer or fall becase it had a really cute simple set up on the back and front porch. I would have loved to have sat out there and drank my coffee in the morning.”

”I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!”
