”Definately would not recommend this motel.”

”Be aware of this hotel as it was dirty, had cold showers and put a charge on my credit card for something other than the room charge and the damage deposit/refund. Further, the pool was out of order and there were between 100-200 fruit fly's flying around the check-in counter and on the plexiglass partition. When I called to ask about the random charge I was told that they couldn't help and that they would need to call me back. The employee on the other end of the phone seemed to be under the...

”Its a very beautiful hotel. I just didn't care for that, They did not have an elevator for luggage transfer for those of us with bad hips and knees.”

”The people at the check in talk too fast. Everything else is fine.”

”Stayed 2 weeks, no room service for clean towels or even clean the room over course of 2 weeks even though was told every 3 days they would. No fridge or microwave in room, had to maintain my own ice chest, at least there was an ice machine. Front desk seemed annoyed when asked for simplest thing of toilet paper, had to provide my own amenities.”

”Good location for freeway and multiple eateries. Despite advertising 'soundproofed rooms'. They were not. Easy fixes were not done. I.E. Paint splatters not removed from fronbedroom. Upholstery backing of bedroom chair needed attention as well as refinish. Breakfast was minimal. Good snack. An OK hotel, with decent staff.”

”We really like this hotel, it was our first time staying here. If you’re a private person, the bathroom barn doors do not offer much privacy because of the gaps between the barn doors and the walls. Otherwise, such a lovely property!”

”My room was nasty. There were leftover rags in the shower hanging off the bars. There was hair everywhere. The room smelt nasty. I literally looked for another hotel option. If only it weren't so late. I would never stay at this hotel again. Ever.”

”Easy location. Helpful check-in staff. It's seen better days but it was adequate for the price and the in-room refrigerator and microwave were great.”

”The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing??”

”Staff was friendly and the room was clean, but just the wall was too thin. I head talking walking from the room above or next. Especially they stayed up to 1:30 am.”

”Overall for the price the hotel was pretty good. A bit run down but clean. The older gentleman who checked us in was very friendly but when we called before checking in the lady who answered was very short over the phone. We didn’t realize it had smoking rooms so the hallway stinks but once we got to the room you couldn’t even tell so we were ok with staying.”

”Breakfast was pretty bad. Lots could be done to make it better. Suggestion: Put out some butter early so that it isn't freezer cold when people want to use it. Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out.”
