Woodbrook Cottage Blue Mts - rauhallinen mökki

Woodbrook on kaunis, rakastettu vuoristopuutavara. Se sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla, joka on täynnä vanhoja puita ja ainutkertaista Blue Mountainsin viehätysvoimaa. Mökki on rakennettu laaja-alaisella maapähkinällä ja sypressimetsällä, joka ankkuroi kodin ympäristöönsä ja antaa sille "orgaanisen tuntuman".
Talossa on myös uskomaton näkymä. Voit nauttia tämän eristäytyneen pensasnäkymän samalla kun kuumenee teetä tilavalla kannella, samoin kuin makuuhuoneiden yksityisyydestä.

Woodbrook-mökki on hiljattain uusittu ja siinä on uudet mallit jokaisessa huoneessa.
Korkeat tuomiokirkon katot luovat avaruuden tunteen, samoin kuin avoin aurinkoinen, valoisa oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiötila.
Makuuhuoneessa vaikuttava oma kylpyhuone (lattialämmityksellä) on täydellinen nauttia auringon säteet auringonpaisteesta läpi koko ikkunan, joka myös ottaa ihanat näkymät.
Alakerrassa on toinen 2 makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone, sekä avoin oleskelualue - täydellinen hiljainen iltapäivä lukea.

Talo sijaitsee 3 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Leura kaupungin sydämestä, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten lukuisia kahviloita, ravintoloita ainutlaatuisia kauppoja. Tai jos haluat ottaa raitista ilmaa ja nauttia ympäristöstä, 20 minuutin kävelymatka voi myös päästä sinne.

Tämä viihtyisä ja rauhallinen talo on täydellinen paikka perhevierailulle tai romanttiselle lomalle.

Peaceful Mountain Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at charming Woodbrook cottage. Property was clean, well presented and had everything we needed. Gardens are established with beautiful views from backyard. Irina was responsive and great to deal. Highly recommended.

Blue mountains weekend away

Very nice property, stylishly decorated all around, clean, equipped with all little things one would need for a weekend away. the surroundings - the back yard, front yard, the nature is just incredible , unreal back yard views !!

Cabin retreat

The property was lovely but needed some TLC as the outside furniture was very old and didn’t feel safe enough to sit on. The woodwork needed a good paint job and looked very tired and old. Crockery needed to be pre-washed before use as it was dirty in some places. Other than that the house was lovely and very cosy in the night time. The heating was absolutely fabulous. Not sure if we’d stay here again.

A magical Christmas getaway

We had the best Christmas in this gorgeous cottage. The home is stunning, in a beautiful setting and in a very quiet street. Perfect location close to town and tourist attractions. The host was lovely and communication was great. The Blue Mountains was on our bucket list and we couldn't be happier with our trip. To top it off, our dogs could also enjoy the holiday with us so we are very thankful.

Luxurious and quiet

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything is provided, and is good quality. The beds are comfortable. It was cold in the Mountains in July, but we were warmed by gas heaters in the home, and electric blankets on the beds. You need a car to stay here, as it’s a long and hilly walk to the central part of Leura. Communication with the owners is excellent.

Offensive Host

Stayed at the property which was lovely however the host is extremely rude. We were 4 single adults and had to use 4 separate beds. Irina was angry at this and accused us implying there were more adults as "all the beds were used". If 4 single people staying in 4 separate beds is an issue, then I find you extremely offensive. There was no remote for the 1980's DVD player, so we found another one that had controls on the box and plugged it in, somehow that was an issue as well. Don't stay here unless you intend your whole party sleeping in one bed.

Beautiful house in a peaceful location.

Every little detail

This cabin beautiful. Every detail has been considered. The decor is warm and inspired. The bathtub was luxurious, the view spectacular, and the fireplace and heated bathroom floors a treat. All this and pet friendly, too. Absolutely brilliant.

Weekend Getaway

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay in this rustic and very comfortable property. The view from the rear balcony was across bush land which gave us that Mountains feel even when not out and about. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery and cooking pots. The barbecue was spotless and in full working order and the gardens maintained. The 2 bathrooms were large and up to date. We will be back.

Peaceful idyllic retreat!

I can highly recommend this beautiful home, which I recently rented for my 50th birthday. It's in a peaceful picturesque location and the views are simply amazing! The house was warm and spotless not a speck of dust, and is decorated beautifully. It has a fully equipped very organised kitchen with quality crockery, and quality linen, towels and comfortable beds. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Great house in a terrific location

This property has a beautiful outlook in a terrific and convenient part of the mountains. The house is full of rustic charm and the cathedral ceilings give a wonderful character to the living spaces.

Pitch Perfect

This property is really amazing. Set in a gully in Leura, looking out overly dense Australian landscape with mist rolling through. Even though it was November, it could well have been July. Gas fireplace, added to the ambiance. The pictures don’t do it justice. We brought our 2 cavoodles, Poppy & Beau and set up downstairs which housed 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with access to the backyard for the dogs to explore. Our friends stayed in the master suite with ensuite with underfloor heating. It really was special. Highly recommend. Would love to stay again.

Lovely place great for the dogs

This house is a lovely place. The dogs had a ball. Just be mindful that it is not fenced in. Wasn't a problem for us. Both upstairs and downstairs have great views. Warm and cosy and comfortable. We would stay here again definitely.

Long weekend in Leura

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property & despite my concerns about using the internet to make & confirm arrangements this all went smoothly. Everyone loved the house & it’s location & outlook. My only reservation was the poor ventilation of the house as I am allergic to mould. And even though I didn’t see any mould there was a strong smell of it, particularly downstairs which triggered my asthma. My husband, son & friends were not at all discomforted, so it would not be a problem for most. One other very minor problem was that some of the lights were not functioning & while the low light level was generally cosy & ambient, it would be best for cooking, reading etc to have some bright lights available. Maybe spare lightbulbs could be kept in the pantry? In summary though, we would all love to stay at Woodbrook Cottage another time.

Home away from home

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable house conveniently located really close to Leura mall. The house is well stocked and the host has taken care of every little detail. The host responds quickly to any queries. While the backyard and front yard is not fenced there is a secured deck overlooking the beautiful backyard that your dog will love to spend time on. Our Labrador was quite happy hanging around the house with us and did not miss going to the backyard at all! Great place to get away to for some rest and relaxation!! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Lovely stay in Leura

We had a great stay in Leura at this very comfortable house. Plenty of spots to sit in the sun and read, and gas fireplace is great. Only negatives (very minor) would be; the oven dial labels have worn off so a bit tough to see what setting it is on and the knives were quite blunt. Other than that a great little spot and would definitely return.

Warm beds and quiet mountain surrounds

A warm house in a quiet mountain spot. Electric blankets made bedtime very cosy. Plenty of tablewear means you can use the dishwasher and still have clean plates all the time. Only let down was that the BBQ gas was empty, otherwise everything else was provided. The mattress on the king bed was great, though one of the doubles was less so. Irina was very responsive and accommodating. Overall we would stay here again :)

Perfect Accomidation

This was the perfect accommodation for our small wedding party. We had a ceremony in the Blue Mountains and had 5 guests at the house for a couple of nights. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for the stay. My only regret was not staying longer. With all the spectacular scenery in the mountains let alone the view from the house, my wife and I could have spent a full week here exploring.
