”Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness.
Great place if you can actually get it cheap and just need it a night or two.

”I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t

”Can't say enough good things about this property. It looked absolutely new with upgrades. Super clean and well equipped. We stayed in a large studio suite with Castle View. You are a short few minutes walk from the Royal Mile and Victoria Street or Greyfriar Bobby's in the opposite direction. Less stairs and uphill on this side of town as well. We had a fantastic anniversary stay. Can't recommend enough!”

”There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. ”
