”Average breakfast. Surely can be better. Good cleanliness. The office chair in my room was ripped. The checkout time was 11 and at 11:10 I get a call from the receptionist to remind me to checkout. This has never happened to me before. When I said I will take 15 minutes more, her reaction was as if I said 15 hours. Quite disappointing experience.”
