”We had a river view room for the one week. Hotel is clean and stylish, with modern services. Rooms are beautiful and functional and best of the all quiet, as there are clubs nearby. Ac worked as expected and after rainy day it was nice to have floor warming on bathroom.
It is very good location for tourists wanting to see attractions, but little bit annoying as you are always in the middle of tourists when you leave the hotel.
Very good grogery store near in mall of Berlin and good bakeries....

”The location of the hotel is excellent, U and S stations are right next to it. The room was small, but really clean and wonderfully cool in hot Berlin. The bed was comfortable and the towels thick and fresh. Breakfast was ok. I would definitely stay again.”

"We requested an early check-in, but the experience was incredibly disappointing from the start. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, simply telling us the room wasn’t ready and that we should keep checking back ourselves. They offered to store our luggage for an extra fee, which felt ridiculous considering the circumstances.
For over three hours, we returned every 30 minutes to ask if the room was ready — each time receiving the same cold response. Even after the official check-in time had passed, the room was still not ready. We were told to wait an additional 15–20 minutes with zero apology or empathy.
By the time we finally got access to the room, we were so frustrated and uncomfortable with the whole experience that we only stayed for about two hours before deciding to book another place for the night. The way we were treated was unacceptable — I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel.
Frankly, it’s shocking that a place with such high ratings delivers this kind of service. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
"One staff member could so visibly not care less it made us uncomfortable, while we tried to be as polite as possible. Luckily the others were very nice and helpful.
One thing that would have been good to inform at check in was that you need to lock the rooms with your key, both from the inside as well as outside when leaving the room. That is not exactly a common practise in hotels, not unheard of, but not common. Also, didn't really feel safe as there is no 24/7 reception and the gate nor the backdoor do not lock automatically. Anyone could've come check out the hallways at night since no patrons locked them behind them (again, no one said we should).
Room quality seems to vary massively. My room was nice, clean and spacious - my friend's was smaller and the bathroom smelled of sewage, and from what I gathered from earlier comments some rooms can be much worse.
The station is close, the area has a certain vibe which is charming, however I would not want to walk out alone at night around there. "

Aamupala on kattava ja monipuolinen. Ympäristöystävällisyydestä pieni miinus, sillä kahvimaidot, voit on muoveihin yksittäispakattuja. Yhteen kahvikuppiin ei riitä yksi "kaffeesahne", joten roskan määrä on suuri. Tämä on toki mielestäni ongelma kaikissa hotelleissa saksassa.
