”The rooms were dated but clean. The lobby is under construction and there was a make shift front desk. Location of hotel was very convenient and close to anything that you may need. ”Comode flush was broken”

”Nice place with a good location!”

”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”
