”The stay at the resort was very enjoyable. If you book through Orbitz, please call the property and make sure they got your reservation. They had not received ours, but fortunately had a room for us. The room was very large and clean.
The whole resort needs a general make-over, as the facility is a bit dated and used (wallpapers, paints, windows, door locks, showers, etc.), but you can see that this hotel still has a lot of prestige.

”I would give Shadowcrest ten stars if I could! An absolutely beautiful home in the Catskills. The attention to detail in this guest house is amazing. Everywhere I looked was something delightful. I could lounge on the porch for hours. The bed and the pillows were comfortable, but the shower was to die for. Brendan was charming and engaging to talk to. And my dog was welcome. I can not say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back!”

Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”
