”We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

The unit was perfect for our family of three — spacious enough, with a well-equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and lunch. We appreciated having two bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and both an en-suite and a second full bathroom, which made things very convenient.
