”My only complaint is that they lost my reservation from Expedia. Booked in January, I called to confirm beginning of June and the manager said they were fully booked. Somehow he managed to "find us a room"... Needless heartache because they didn't see the reservation.”

”The staff were very pleasant. The whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast is very good. Loved the coffee! The air conditioner was very loud when it kicked on. It made loud knocking noises right before it came on. So if you're a light sleeper like me, that is a problem. No problem if you're a deep sleeper. The mattress was broken down at the top, so our upper body slanted downhill. I'm sure if I had said something about the mattress, they would've replaced it, but we just slept with our heads...

”This is a older hotel and it shows, the blanket, pillow cases, and sheets were very dingy, construction has most vehicle entrances blocked off, and you could only access the main entrance for entry to the hotel. I would definitely look to explore other hotels as there are several in the area, not what you expect when you stay at a Hilton property.”

”This is the second time within three years that I have stayed at the Drury Hotel Polaris. Both times have been such a pleasant surprise. The property and my rooms have been very clean, which is the most important thing for me. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners have been enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!”

”Room was dirty. Floor was sticky. I had to wear shoes the whole entire time. There was dried blood stains on the bed sheets. I will never stay at a days inn again.”

”Breakfast had excellent variety and was well-done. The staff was helpful. Our only complaint is that there was no comfortable chair in our room. There was no place but the bed to sit down. Actually, we had to lie down as there was no comfortable way to sit up in the bed. It made an uncomfortable stay for an 82 and a 79 year old. We gave 4 stars, but we almost gave our stay a 3.”

”One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining...

”There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly...
