”The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options.”

”Horrible Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Room Maintenance We booked a room at Best Western for September 24–25, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition, and the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what we expected for the price we paid. ”When I checked in we were the only people in the entire hotel. When I ask the desk clerk she said business was slow. I had booked a king room. ”Staff wasn’t very Friendly plus they put us way out back otherwise it was fine”

I was looking at a different place all through the process. When I looked at the Itinerary the Day Of. It was too late to cancel. I'm done with you.”

We had to drive 30-40 mins or more to every location we wanted to go to, the description states it was a 15 min drive to Pigeon Forge. The pool table in the game room is worn out. The...
