”Good location... very clean,”

”The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full...

”Clean, friendly reception & good location if you are going Ada. Great looking hotel with functional downsides. The flooring, doors & lobby area restaurant are quite loud unfortunately. Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that.”

”Very well-kept place. Room was clean and comfortable. Outside they had nice firepit tables to sit around. In a great location with shopping and food.”

”Room I was given was on the first floor, I had requested second floor so that was rearranged immediately, great! However, that room wasn't cleaned well and smelled bad so I was quickly given another room which was better. Fridge wasn't great, took days to just cool some bottled water and "freezer" compartment was overflowing with frost. After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and...

”Not all the light fixtures were operational and it would be nice to have acess to an electrical outlet to charge ones phone on either side of the bed. We also had a bug problem in the room.”

”The DW was still running when I entered the room. WiFi was extremely poor and intermittent at best. Towels were hard/rough. TV was of poor quality. The toilet had low water pressure and every time the room above flushed it sounded like it was mine. The halls are poorly lit and the elevator is loud. Worst of all was the wolf spider that chased me from the bathroom! I now have PTS from that experience since I have an extreme fear of spiders! Never again.”

”The staff was friendly, the rate was very economical. When we arrived the elevator wasn’t working, the front desk puts on the first floor close to the desk & laundry. It was a little noisy because of this. We had trouble with our room keys not working, had to change out several times. We never received room service, had to exchange our towels for clean ones at the front desk. Never took part in free breakfast or pool. We have stayed here in the past, not the same. Location is good for shopping...
