”We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. There was dirt that was in the center of the floor in both rooms that could possibly have been from not changing the filters. We also had two spiders in our room’s tub and my aunt had a bug in her...

”One piece of furniture housing the fridge and microwave needs some repair. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean but it all needs to be updated. Nothing felt “crisp”. Complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory. We would not stay there again.”
