”Spending a few days with my daughter in law to reminisce my many years ago of school in Lewisburg was made even more special by this very well appointed and clean house. Anna thought of everything…nice/comfortable linens, snacks and coffee to name a few. Location very close to town and quiet neighborhood. All in all a place I can highly recommend!”

”The Mountain Hideaway was the best part of our vacation. The home is clean and beautiful. Very quiet country area with lots of room. The address was confusing our gps. We found our host by accident and he assisted us to find the property. I would suggest that all vrbo hosts send their phone number in advance directly to clients several days in advance of their stay. I very much look forward to staying there again.”

”Trains, River, and Mountain view with enough room for a five-person family, and updated cold air conditioning and kitchen. The location is nice for deploying by car across the New River Gorge region. In West Virginia fashion, expect 3-7 coal trains a night at the nearby double crossing. Their horns can be startling if you’re a light sleeper. Our kids didn’t mind at all and loved the trains. Even the Amtrak Cardinal line runs through 3x a week at 10:30 am. The owner instantly approved our request...

”This is a wonderful property. While rustic it is immaculately clean and has a fabulous kitchen. The entertainment area in the loft is perfect. The back porch view of the river is amazing. The hosts are responsive. I can’t wait to return”
