”I have never written less than a perfect review before, but I had to write this one. We arrived to a dirty home — the owner confirmed prior guests were to blame, but this was clearly not caught before our arrival. Cleaners were still on-site our entire first afternoon, so we had no privacy from the moment we walked in.After cleaning, the house continued to reek of smoke for all four days. On top of that, the AC was completely broken (the house was miserably hot) and the dishwasher didn't work....

My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected. ”This place was such a great find. The photos don’t do it justice- it’s adorable inside and out. The first thing we noticed walking in was a very faint smell of fresh paint- to me, that just showed how the owners are actively maintaining it. Nicely styled with comfortable furniture. Good small touches- I forgot to pack a razor and they had a stock of toiletries offered, and I loved one of their bedside table books so much that I ended up buying it for home. Our dog loved her...

”JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!”
