The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job of replenishing supplies. My room was not ready when I arrived (15 minutes early) and I was told it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Some of the front desk, staff were helpful and some not. There were a lot of options for breakfast, but the quality was mediocre. The fitness center had the least amount of equipment that I’ve ever seen. I did not use the pool or hot tub, but both seem to be very popular. The laundry facilities were a four minute walk from my room and very difficult to locate. To get to the laundry facilities I had to walk through the conference center which appeared really drab and in need of renovation. The restaurant which is connected to the hotel was really good– in fact, the best part of my stay.
