”Very clean room. Everything was well worth the price. ”

”The room was clean. A lot of wear on the couch and chairs, though we saw what looked like a delivery of new couches in the hallways. We only stayed overnight, so I don't have a lot to add. We stayed in a one-bedroom, which had a comfortable king-size bed. The location was good and just off the highway. The hotel and room served the purpose at a reasonable price, and the staff was friendly. ”

”Room was not clean. Furniture was stained. Pillow cases had black stains from previous guests.requested other room. That room was cleaner. Breakfast was typical free breakfast. Not the best and definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For the price it should have been nicer. ”

”A very nice hotel, off the highway backed up near a very cute neighborhood. Amazingly friendly staff, everything was very clean! Breakfast was super yummy, my young daughter was a little bummed they didn't have a waffle maker, but they do have a pancake maker, so we made do! We stayed in 4 hotels on our trip, and this was THE BEST ONE! Highly recommend! ”

”I would not recommend this place. I'll skip disparaging the staff too much. Suffice it to say this is a job they don't particularly care about having. The building clearly is a remodeled nursing home. It's very dingy and depressing in the rooms. We went out for the breakfast in the morning (over an hour before breakfast ends) to find everything empty and no staff attending it. I couldn't wait to leave.”

”Great check-in and check-out processes. Staff was professional throughout and Jamie was great during the check-in process. The property is in a convenient location near restaurants and shops. I was there with family and the room was nicely appointed, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and quiet. ”

”We booked this place due to the pool hot tub and location! And none of those disappointed. The rooms were also cleaned. We were on the10th floor and really appreciated how quickly the elevators moved! We never waited for more than a few seconds. There were a lot of people during breakfast so food was not kept stocked but just meant a couple more trips. We truly enjoyed our stay. ”

”Pool never had towels stocked. Hotel never disclosed that jets on hot tub were broken. When notifying manager of broken equipment I was scolded and treated like a child. Manager physically walked me over to the button and physically showed me that it was broken. Offered no solution and/or concerns for the comfort of my stay. ”

”I chose not to stay at this faculty and had to book a mother room elsewhere. The furniture was old and stained. The cushion covers zippers were broken and the rest of the furniture was old and worn. The carpet was torn in a couple spots. I stepped on the carpet tack nails. There was a tree air freshener stuck on the return vent of the ac unit and the grille cover had not been cleaned very well. Not as advertised in the ap pics. Wish I could get my points back. ”
