”From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher....

”Adorable home, close to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, huge backyard with a fire pit and nice location. Loved our one night stay and were very comfortable in this house! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for a short trip, a girls weekend or as a stop along the way to a further away destination. Great place and great fenced in yard. Comfy beds. ”

”The house was what we needed for a family weekend with our pets. The fenced-in backyard is great with a very spacious deck. The house works well for the 6 people we had staying there. We will definitely consider staying here again.”

The house was large enough for the entire family to have some space to relax, whether it was inside or taking in the beautiful scenery on the deck.The large family dining area was also perfect for meals, and the kitchen allowed us to have some family time around preparing and eating meals.Would stay at this location again”

”This property was perfect for our family to stay during the Keeneland sale. Plenty of space for all 8 of us, great location close to downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean upon arrival. He even allowed our dog to stay and had a fenced in back yard for him to roam around in.
