”Stayed here for the first time 14 March oh my what a treat. We stayed in the James Herriot room and it’s the little details such as a piece of cake a glass of port and the accessories were in keeping with the great man himself all very well thought out. We dined that evening and we were not disappointed the food was exceptional and well executed. A warm and welcoming experience by staff who were so friendly!”

”We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you (without being over bearing). The whole place was spotless, the food was impeccable and it was very dog friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! ”

”Lovey nice clean hotel. Breakfast is excellent and we had an evening meal also which was very good . Nice garden at the back to sit and have a drink in full sun. Room was nice and clean lovely and warm and a shower and nice bath for a soak after a long walk. Couple of pubs across the road and a nice walk to a waterfall. ”
