Huonoa: Siisteys, palvelut/mukavuudet ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
Room was filthy, wasn’t clean, sheets and towels on the floor and the garbage was full. We were told room 4. When we arrived we called and messaged the hotel and no one responded. We got into contact with Expedia who also didn’t make contact with the hotel and said they would request a refund on our behalf. We then found a new place to stay. Over an hour later the hotel said that there was a late check out and we were in a different room than what we were told. The hotel has refused to refund us despite them not being present when we arrived, not picking up the phone when we called, or communicating we’d be in a different room altogether. Expedia then emails me saying the hotel has refused to refund me due to cancellation policy and we’re basically out of luck. Literally the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel and with Expedia. It feels like a bit of a scam. Do not stay here.
