”Worst hotel experience I have had ever, and I travel a lot. 10 night stay/business trip for me and never going back. First room I had on top floor, there is absolutely no water pressure at all, they warned me at the reception, but why would they still give me this room? After complaining I got room from second floor and the rooms has this connecting door in between, absolutely horrible idea to have these because you can hear everything through from room next to you and I mean...

”Polite staff. Was quick checking in and also checking out. Everything was neat and clean. ( Besides a beer box that was left from previous traveler lol ) But it happens. Kids enjoyed the Pool. Overall tho, it was good stay! ”

”The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.”

”The ac worked great, pool was great, staff was friendly. We just had a terrible night our first night of our vacation and couldn’t sleep at all. I was in communication with the hotel all day yesterday and instead of giving us another night to make up for the first night, they only gave me a discounted rate for another night that I still paid for. I love Hampton inn and always use them anywhere I go. But this experience definitely deterred me away from using them in the future ”

”We had an issue with our heat, but we're quickly moved to another room. It was located right where we needed to be. TU Hospital, so we will probably stay there again.”

”If you want to try to connect your Netflix to the TV dont bother it doesnt work. If you get to breakfast past 8:00am expect the grab and go stuff to not be stocked (they were out of Nutella packets...chocolate milk...and yogurt).”
