”Booked a room for the indoor pool… it’s never working ”

”The property is set on a beautiful stretch of land in a peaceful, quiet setting—an excellent choice if you’re looking for a serene environment. The breakfast is very good, and while the rooms are somewhat outdated, they are impeccably clean. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.”

”Children nothing special, but the rooms were well appointed and the rooms were very very comfortable. The mattress was great. It's off the beaten path, but if you just need a good place to stay, it's fine. Breakfast was nothing special, though.”

”Ski slopes were easy to get to. Amenities on this property were good. There were a lot of Asian Lady Beetles found in the room that was concerning, but overall the place okay. Would have liked more space, especially an area to place muddy shoes. Some of the amenities we had to ask for someone to start the fire, or it just stayed off. No reception on the property other than WiFi. ”

”The staff were nice, food was great but not too many options and they close too early. The last thing to eat is at 9pm. Parking was good. They had to play pool and board games. ”

”Room seemed brand new. I would have given 5 stars, but the heat wasn't working. However, they did provide a portable space heater.”

”The mountain view is amazing. Parking free and right outside the building. Pool, jacuzzi and activity room GREAT !!! NOBODY BETTER THAN THAN ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK SO HARD THERE !!!!”

”This was very clean and comfortable it met our expectations only thing was the forced air was too close to the bed and was loud. Everything else was good.”

”The hotel was very nice. The bathroom was very spacious and the room was spacious as well. However, the rug in the room had some worn and stained spot. There was only two sets of bath, hand and wash towels another set would have been nice. The issue we had was there is no clear signage or directions at the hotel area to let you know where to park, where to check in how to get to other areas within the hotel, how to get from one hotel to the other, no indoor connection no instructions or...

”The room itself was clean but the hallways needed some cleaning. Check in was at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready until almost 5. The food was mediocre especially for the prices. Overall I feel the hotel did not run smoothly with things. ”
