”I want to give special thanks to the customer service team and the night manager at the Holiday Inn. I arrived fairly late and discovered on arrival that I had misplaced my passport. The previous week had been extremely stressful for me and losing my passport (and being due to fly again the next day) was the final straw, so I had a bit of a breakdown at that point. The staff were very understanding, helped to calm me down and assured they would help me to find the passport the next day. Indeed...
”We had a river view room for the one week. Hotel is clean and stylish, with modern services. Rooms are beautiful and functional and best of the all quiet, as there are clubs nearby. Ac worked as expected and after rainy day it was nice to have floor warming on bathroom.
It is very good location for tourists wanting to see attractions, but little bit annoying as you are always in the middle of tourists when you leave the hotel.
Very good grogery store near in mall of Berlin and good bakeries....

"Edullinen majoitus ja hiljaiset huoneet. Aamupala oli hyvä, ei kovin laaja valikoima, mutta kaikki tarvittavat perusjutut olivat kyllä tarjolla, jolla sai aamun hyvin käyntiin. Ympäristö melko vaatimaton ja sijianti syrjäinen, mutta noin 300 m päässä linja-autoasema sekä lähijunapysäkki, joten julkisiin kulkuneuvoihin oli todella helppo mennä.
