”The 300 room above mine was very loud 24/7 and the hotel staff refused to get the children to be quiet nor to move me.”

”The room smelled awful and the shower was cold. Pool room towels aren't allowed out of the pool area, so the elevator and hall floors werr drenched from so many people walking back to their rooms with no towel. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. The powdered eggs were particularly bad. ”
