”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
