”Checked in early with an early check in fee. Didn’t think that was necessary. House was clean and pool was nice. Need some more basic kitchen supplies. Pots and pans. Sprinklers went on at checkout time, so we had to walk through them to back our car. Maybe adjust them for a different time. All in all great location and host. ”

”The host had set the place up very nicely with a ton of great information. We were coming into town for our daughter's rugby tournament so between getting in late and leaving early, we didn't have much time to enjoy the townhouse, but my wife did love the bed and said we might need to get one like it.”

The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, extremely well kept, spotless and with all the amenities we needed. Checkout was a breeze. Highly recommend.”

”We had a great time at Jacobs property, it was very clean and had a great game room setup in the garage. Couch was a little small but everything else was great. Private parking in the back of the house, always a street spot available, large kitchen and every bedroom was large so you didnt feel stuffy. Jacob had great communication and expressed his desire to continue to improve the property, so every stay should be better than the last. ”Great location. Super cute house. The house was well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. We never got in the car the entire time we were there. We walked for meals, and we walked for evening entertainment. There was even a couple benches about two blocks away that overlooked the water where we sat and had our coffee in the morning. ”

The pool was one of the cleanest pools I’ve been in on a vacation stay, great job to whomever maintains it. Our favorite part of the house is the exterior, the pool area and the dock. Overall super happy choosing this house, we would choose it again.”
