”The view was fantastic, although it was completely fogged in which sounds nuts, but I know what the view is. The room was bright with a great fireplace. The breakfast was better than a continental (eggs & bacon, too). I’ve stayed at dozens of properties in Carmel & this is one of the top 2 that I’ve experienced. Excited to rebook!”

”Great place. Good location and felt a little like a resort. The daily breakfast and evening wine were both great. My only complaint, our room needs a new mattress. It was sunken in the middle. It's great that they have a bar and restaurant on site also. Staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay again!”

”Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla lähellä kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja yllätyimme iloisesti tuloillan wine tastingista. Tilaisuus ei ehkä ollut tasting kuten nimi sanoo mutta tarjolla oli hyvää seuraa ja lasillinen viiniä. Aamupalaa en suosittele mutta lähellä on aamupalaravintoloita. ”

”This was my second visit to the hotel and fourth to Pacific Grove. The visit to Pacific Grove Inn was very pleasant. The place was clean and cozy, service very friendly. The room (number 8) was rather small but sufficient for one person. The breakfast was excellent. All this for a very reasonable cost. I will stay here again if I get a chance, and also take my family if possible. There were excellent small stores very near (bakery, bike shop).”

”Easy access with car from highway #1 is the best feature of this motel. Okay for one night but that’s it. Very poor wifi. It’s way, way overpriced. The interiors are quite shabby. We could also hear heavy snoring through the wall.”

”Its a nicely appointed clean and lovely location and room. However, there are 2 flights of stairs to navigate so its not for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The property may have other rooms with no stairs (on the lower floor) but I can't confirm that. Otherwise it was great location, we also ate in their restaurant and the food was excellent”
