”1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. ”Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.”

”The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.”

”Terrible place. Looks nice, but not worth it. Room bed awful pullout bed. Asked for a blanket and a pillow for a child 10.45 PM. Got it 1.35 am after numerous phonecalls and rude answers. No appology. Not a reply on a customerservice. Went frontdesk, no management personel promised to contact and no contact. Just awful customerservice. ”

”This property was perfect for island adventuring that our family wanted to experience. The host was very responsive, when we had questions. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for our family of 4 (two teenage girls), when we were not adventuring around the island.”
