”Staff can use a customer service training. Staff is not friendly. The people in the front are rude and don’t have basic manners like greeting you. The only people who are friendly in the whole hotel are the people in the valet. Rooms also don’t get clean every day but every other day. Overall not a bad place to stay but I would explore other options first.”

”VRBO unit in a Outrigger Resort. Clean room, including bar fridge and coffee maker, well stocked with coffee pods, tea and creamers. Air conditioning was very effective. Plenty of towels ( bath and beach), beach umbrella, boogy board, cooler and beach chairs in room for use. Rooms not serviced daily by the resort property. We made own beds and kept room tidy. Resort notified us that owner will service room on request. Resort amenities - nice pools and loungers, did not see the gym. Daily...
