Le Napoleon is located excellently next to the railway stations and metro. It seems to be a side business of an integrated street level cafeteria/bar. What they offer are rooms but only a minimal amount of other hotel services. They have excellent beers and a simple menu based on local style. The renovation of the first floor is still undone and therefore its rooms are shabby. Other four floors are comfortable and spacious and as businesslike as they can be in an old building with its charm. The elevator functions yet the steep spiral staircases provide a chance for daily exercises:)
