”This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...

”We loved how the cabin was close to the river. We read our books, enjoyed the porch swing and put our toes in the river water. It was a relaxing stay!”

”Location near the park entrance was great. Rooms were fine, cozy even. However, the hotel missed the mark on service/hospitality. I showed up an hour early and was basically shooed away. I would have been happy to pay extra for the early check in but they never even asked. In fact they never even asked my name. And then when I was finally allowed to check in, I had to use self service check in kiosks that were cumbersome and annoying.”

”This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.”

”Property was well maintained however the parking was not that much convenient being on the hills. Location was convenient and close to the Rocky Mountain national park - bear lake side. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good experience.”

”The room was larger than the typical BW. The breakfast had good options ( except for gluten or dairy free options). Laundry and other amenities were good and the location was close to restaurants and 2 entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park.”
