”Our trip to Machu Picchu brought us to this property. We wanted to reach a day early to rest up for an early morning appointment. We had a child who wasn't feeling great. The staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They also stored our luggage even after we checked out, so we could visit Machu Picchu without having to carry them all the way. ”In this hotel our room was big enough, we had plenty of hot water, the room was very clean and the service exelent. There is also central heating that you can use in the case the weather is cold. At the reception they even speak english. The only that didn’t work perfectly was the service at breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for my point of you, but you had to ask for cups, forks, knives etc, those were not allways available.”

”When I arrived at the train station Luis was waiting to take me to the hotel. I was able to store my luggage while I went to MP as I arrived early before check in, the next day I was also able to store my luggage there after I checked out and before my train ride.
