”5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel”

”My partner and I stayed 2 nights here without a car and while the walk from the rail station was arduous, the stay was lovely. Our room was massive, the bathrooms were hard to find at first, but clean, and the staff were ready to help. We especially appreciated access to a kitchen with a decent amount of pots/plates/etc for making a simple dinner our first night. The property is a bit far from the center of Derry, but not unmanageably so; just be prepared for walking up and down hills! Check in...
