Residenssit – Limavady

”Booked room for 3 nights. After 2 we were told we would have to move rooms due to an over booking. We had to check out of our room for 11 and our new room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. So we were without a room during the day. The hotel has recently been taken over and is now geared to families with children and our room was next to an adventure play park which was very noisy from 8am to 9:30 pm. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water.
